Parameters: Main Frame:
The main frame is mostly made of galvanized steel pipes of φ48mm, thickness 2.0mm, equipped with anti-collision sleeves of 15mm outer diameter. For expanded structures, the main frame is stronger, with pipes of φ140mm diameter and 4.0mm thickness.

Platforms & Slides:
Platforms are often made of 800×800mm cold-rolled steel plates or perforated steel plates of 91×91cm or 116×116cm. The “devil slide” (steep slide) is 2 meters wide, and its steel frame consists of square tubes of 4×4cm and 4×8cm.

Soft Play Padding Process:
The soft play platform uses a composite structure of “multilayer board (1.8cm) + EPE foam (2cm) + PVC leather (0.45mm)”, providing both support and cushioning.

Trampoline System:
Standard trampoline mat: 1800×1800mm, static load capacity 600kg / dynamic load capacity 130kg. Professional trampoline mat: 2130×4260mm, using stronger nylon webbing. Safety is ensured by anti-collision fences and strict material standards.

Fasteners:
All are made of stainless steel, some also come with protective plastic caps or anti-loosening washers to prevent children from contacting them directly.

Age Range & Coverage:
Mainly for children aged 3–15 years. Some “soft play” products are suitable for ages 2–8 years. Newer trampoline parks cover all age groups.

Durability & Environmental Friendliness:
Slides are made of imported engineering plastics or 196 resin. Carpet wear resistance reaches 80,000 rubs. The wood used is mainly corrosion-resistant and durable Scots pine.
